Hello,
A new update is available for the file  under useradmin. Please update  update it as follows,
- Download the file   http://download.sysvm.com/updates/useradmin.tar.gz
-  Extract it and copy all files to  /usr/local/vcpanel/htdocs/vadmin/useradmin/

STEPS:

# wget -c  http://download.sysvm.com/updates/useradmin.tar.gz
# tar -xzf useradmin.tar.gz
# cp -vrf useradmin/*  /usr/local/vcpanel/htdocs/vadmin/useradmin/
