Re: Installation of mplayer.tar.gz failed

Hello,

It seems  /usr/local/cpffmpeg/bin/svn: No such file or directory
The svn installation is failing so. it is not able to download  ffmpeg and mplayer. Make sure you use centos 5.x operating system. Then try to run   "sh svn.sh" script .  Or you can install svn client on your server , then edit the files  ffmpeg.sh  and mplayer.sh and give your path of svn. then start again installation.

Re: Installation of mplayer.tar.gz failed

i am having the same problem... i am using your installer because i dont really know much about linux so... your previous reply does help me much either hehehe

i tried installing v5 and v4 on seperate servers both with centos5 and both gave me this "Installation of mplayer.tar.gz failed" error sad

Re: Installation of mplayer.tar.gz failed

We have noticed svn is not installing due to db4  package libary incompatibility. We will find a solution asap and update the script to  5.1 version soon.

Re: Installation of mplayer.tar.gz failed

I get the same error when trying to install on CentOS 5.4. 64 bit.  Is there a work around to get the script to use the SVN that is already installed on the server?  Please advise when 5.1 will be avail.

Tks.
