feature request - mass enable/disable user backups

allow an easy to use interface to mass enable/disable user backups.

Ideally, option to disable all users, then go back and simply check the users I wish to enable and click the button 1x. Not hundreds of times.

Installing on existing server made this an apparent need as it now requires me to use the drop down and manually disable hundreds of users before I can actually use it in live production.  (just want to easily backup some mission critical users, not entire server)
