Hello,
You may see  the following error in  nginx restart for the  version 4.1,

[emerg]: open() "/etc/cpnginx/cpanelproxy.conf" failed (2: No such file or directory) in /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf:28
configuration file /usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf test failed

To fix this issue, please execute the following script,

#  sh  /etc/cron.weekly/updatecpnginx.sh

This will upgrade to version 4.2 and fix this issue.
