Topic: Full Account Restore, Sorry, the copy failed

Hello,

I received this error on 3 attempts on three different accounts.
If I try to do a "Full Account Restore" cPremote tells me I need to Terminate the account first.
So I do, then I get this message/error.

cpmove-volume/
cPanel restorepkg 2

Found cpmove-volume.tar.gz !

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home/cprestore loaded cpmove-volume/cp/volume)?
checked 62 files.....

The users cPanel name no longer appears in the list for recovery
When an Account is Terminated, does the account name also get removed from cPremote?

cPremote is backing up with rsync offsite.

Hello Jason,
You may check the remote server if the user folder is exist in  under the daily or weekly folder.  You can contact support too , I seems the data is not syncing back from the remote ssh account to this server.

So, it's partially working, from the first email, at the bottom, where it has homesize 167936, is this where the transfer stops? All accounts end this way.

I'm not sure how to connect and browse an rsync remote server?

I forgot to mention, that I also have csf ConfigServer Security & Firewall installed and mod security.
My rsync server has about 50GB of space.

Please try the following command   from the cpanel server to see whether  it connect to storage server over ssh

# ssh -F  /etc/cpremote/ssh_config   backup-user@backupserverip -p port
