New version of ffmpeginstaller 4.1 released .

Why is new ?
  -> Install ffmpeg from SVN
  ->  Install mplayer from  SVN
-> Enabled  OpenCore AMR  encoders
->  Updated all  codecs to latest
- > All tools to latest
