Topic: Update your backup

Hello,

I installed Cpremote 2 days ago but it is not backing up files. This is the free trial

everything seems to be OK but it's not creating any backups and when I try to restore files I get this message

[ Please update your backup. It seems the backup is not updated till ]

How do I update my backup? There's no option to manually start a backup process. On the other hand the WHM backup script is disabled. Is this normal or is it part of what Cpremote do during installation?

Is there a way to manually initiate a backup process or it's done automatically only?

You can manually run the  backup using   /scripts/cpremotebackup . 

I expect a configuration issue in your server

It is reporting an ioncube loader error:

I checked Ioncube is installed and loaded, and activated in WHM.

Any Idea?

Try to reinstall cpremote , It looks like ioncube error
