Topic: restore incomplete

seems there is limit of files to restore , first time i had to restore one clients home directory but to my surprise restore from whm is incomplete i checked some folders were copied empty but were present on remote backup space , i have manually copied those files again what is issue ?

Hello,

Please see the documentation  from  http://cpremote.net/ . The whm restore is not recommend , if there is a network issue  between the server and browser connection  you will lose data. So please use the shell to restore it as per the documentation .
