Topic: Blank page on client panel dnsadmin and load balancer

Hello,
We found a blank page bug  on dnsadmin and  Load balancer interface of client panel. It is updated to day to Sysvm version 10.9 . If you have any previous installation , please do the following to fix  this issue.

# wget -c  http://download.sysvm.com/updates/vcpan ... 010.tar.gz
# tar -xvzf  vcpanel.sep.10.2010.tar.gz
# cp -rf vcpanel/* /usr/local/vcpanel/htdocs/
# chown -R vcpanel.vcpanel   /usr/local/vcpanel/htdocs/

This is  fixed on Sep 10 , 2010. So all  new installations and updated from today will not affect this.

Just tried this but got error that the file does not exist. Please check and confirm the file name

Also these paths are wrong

# cp -rf vcpanel/* /usr/loca/vcpanel/htdocs/
# chown -R vcpanel.vcpanel /usr/loca/vcpanel/htdocs/

as it should be local not loca

This  path is fixed , also the file  http://download.sysvm.com/updates/vcpan ... 010.tar.gz  is available for download.  too

It is already updated in main source tree too.
So an alternative fix is to use the  vcpanel to Sysvm converter  script It is available from the download page.
